The 15th DiVino.Taste wine forum will take place at Inter Expo Center (IEC) in Sofia on November 27 and 28, the organizer DiVino said. The forum is an exhibition featuring local winemakers, with tastings of nearly 500 of their finest wines.
This year’s programme includes lectures and master classes. A special dinner will be held during a performance by the Pleven Philharmonic conducted by Borislav Yotsov and featuring soloists Hilda Kazasyan, Theodosii Spassov, and Vassil Petrov, who will perform pieces from Bulgarian cinema.
On November 26, one day before the forum kicks off, a professional wine conference at the IEC will bring together Bulgarian and international experts in consumer research, the wine industry, gastronomy, technology, culture, and communication. Participants will seek answers to the questions that shape consumer choices and the development of the wine sector.
