The 3^rd Central and Eastern Europe PPP Infrastructure Forum that will take place in
Warsaw on 16 - 17 October and will discuss Bulgaria as well as other nations in the region.

The 2013 forum will address these obstacles and offer an in-depth analysis of CEE infrastructure development plans. Speakers and participants will include national and local government, infrastructure funds, financiers and sponsors, construction firms and concessionaires, regional advisors and legal firms.
