"Nestle is on the Bulgarian market for 20 years and during this period the company has invested BGN 192 million. Every year we invest about BGN 10 million, mainly in our factories in Sofia and Varna. The last investment in Sofia is for nearly BGN 13 million, and currently in Varna is built and expanded storage for our production of ice cream”, revealed the Executive Director of "Nestle Bulgaria" Juan Carlos Peralejo in an interview for Capital.
The company opened a renovated production line for the unique chocolate dessert Kit Kat Double Caramel. The dessert, which is produced only in Bulgaria will be exported to countries around the world. The investments in the factory of Nestle for chocolate desserts and biscuits in Sofia amounted to BGN 12.8 million and was announced in an official event on June 26 at the factory of Nestle Bulgaria in Sofia.
