On 25th and 26th November 2013 in the city of Patra, Greece a partner’s meeting was held in relation to the launch of the new Project V-ALERT, financed within the framework of the Programme for Lifelong Learning. BCCI is a partner in the project along with five more organisations from Greece, Cyprus, Croatia and Serbia. The duration of the project is two years.
The meeting presented the main objectives of the BCCI within the project in relation to enhancing the awareness of the SMEs in terms of information safety on the internet, familiarization with the threats and the relative safeguards and actions thereafter.
Project V-ALERT envisages developing and testing 3D virtual learning environment that will simulate real situations in order to improve the culture of using internet by enterprises and users. After developing the environment sessions on testing it will be organized, which BCCI will announce in addition.
