Bulgaria included in 2015 NOA offshoring destination shortlist
Bulgaria is one of the four countries included in the Offshoring Destination of the Year category of the shortlist for the 2015 annual awards of the National Outsourcing Association (NOA).
Bulgaria’s rivals in the category are Slovakia, South Africa, and Sri Lanka. Winners will be announced on November 19, 2015 at the Landmark Hotel, London, according to the website of the NOA.
The National Outsourcing Association Awards (NOAAs) now in its twelfth year recognises and celebrates the efforts of companies who have demonstrated best-practice in outsourcing.
Stefan Bumov, Chair of the Bulgarian Outsourcing Association, commented that Bulgaria had been recognized as one of the countries with the best potential for developing the outsourcing industry for a second year in a row.
He suggested that the prestigious nomination indicated a high appraisal of the achievements of the sector against the backdrop of a highly competitive market such as that of outsourcing in Central and Eastern Europe.
Bumov underscored that the outsourcing sector in Bulgaria was facing favorable prospects and registering growth.
