Bulgaria and Turkmenistan sign construction agreement
During the official visit of Prime Minister Boyko Borisov in Turkmenistan Minister of Public Works Liliana Pavlova and her Turkmenistan counterpart Charai Ataev signed Cooperation Agreement in the sectors of construction and architecture between the two countries.
The agreement will help establish long-term partnership and enhance economic ties between the countries. It is aimed at encouraging partnerships between companies in these sectors, including manufacturers.
Turkmenistan is among the fastest-growing economies worldwide. It is enjoying high-rate construction development. Currently a lot of residential and office buildings, facilities, roads, sports centers and other infrastructure is being built there.
The agreement is focused on specific aspects of the construction sector, such as legislation, urban development, disaster management, energy efficiency, reconstruction of residential buildings, and cooperation between NGOs and the industry.
